Instruction not followed

I specifically requested for a particular message ON the cake. I mentioned a couple of times on whatsapp message, that it is important that the message I sent now, is ON the cake. I got a response saying- we have updated, will follow this. However, it was NOT followed. The old message was put ON the cake and the new message was somewhere below, couldn't even be seen. That too, not put the way I spelled it. It spoiled the whole idea of the cake that we planned for. Very unhappy about this. Least was expected that someone who understands instruction, should take it. Or call me if it is so difficult to follow. Not say yes and keep doing the wrong thing.
The quality of the cake was also okay, nothing great.
Overall was not a great experience.
